Personal business is defined as all business the agent generates from their personal Sphere of influence. This business is not generated by action of the team and therefore is not subject to any team commission split.
If a team member receives a pre-qualified buyer lead from the Team the commission split will be 50/50.
The rate will be $50 an hour and will include but not limited to open house & showings. All other services will be worked between agents at an hourly rate.
RMC (Relocation Management Company). A 10% referral fee will be paid to the brokerage up tp $250. This will go towards marketing, team development and training for relocation.
If a team member converts a lead generated from a team listing sign call the splits will be as follows:
i. If the converted sign call lead closes a real estate transaction a referral fee of 20% will be paid to the Team.
ii. If the converted lead closes a secondary transaction 20% will be paid to the team.
iii. If primary or second transaction is more than 12 months from initial contact than no splits will be paid to the Team.
If a team converts a lead generated by any activity revolved around an open house of team listing:
i. If the open house lead closes a real estate transaction a referral fee of 20% will be paid to the Team.
ii. If the open house lead closes a secondary transaction, 20% will be paid to the the Team.
iii. If primary or second transaction is more than 12 months from initial contact than no splits will be paid to the Team.
